CHARGES/RATES:
Our standard minimum charge is $75 for any project. We offer free quotes over the phone/text and/or through pictures or videos. Any project that requires a physical on site inspection would be subject to our minimum charge (unless previously agreed upon prior to inspection). Smaller projects or repeat customer work may qualify for variations for minimum charge (more information below). Rates range based upon the project being performed. Most jobs are based on a per job basis vs an hourly rate, however, hourly rates can be negotiated depending upon the project at hand.
FORMS OF PAYMENTS:
We accept all forms of payment from cash (always preferred), credit/debit cards, Zelle and even Cryptocurrencies. Trade and barter may be available upon a prior agreement before any work is performed. All credit and debit card transactions are subject to a 5% convenience fee. Any fully tradeable crypto currency is accepted, but the final received price must match the charges owed after any applicable fees or charges (if applicable). All crypto currency transactions must be able to be fully transferable into cash. Trades and barters are accepted upon prior agreement. All terms must be agreed upon by both parties
EXTRA OFFERINGS:
We offer invoices and receipts for any and all jobs completed as well as a standard workmanship warranty for any work performed. There is no set timeframe due to the varying nature of each project. We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction and appreciate repeat customers. We provide photos of all work performed of projects before and after. We specialize in landlord/tenant work as well as senior citizens. Specialized pricing can be negotiated for repeat or contracted work, further information available upon request.
